- For checkout, you have the choice between a direct checkout, becoming a
member or being a returning customer. We strongly encourage you to sign up
and receive all the benefits that comes with being a member such as following
up the status of your order, write reviews, request specific product notifications,
receive newsletters, etc.

- After your order is placed (status will be pending), you will receive an
automated e-mail confirming the gear description and the total cost of your
order including shipping

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $500 (excluded specials and discounts)

Return Policy
- We only accept unused products for refund within 7 days from date of delivery
- All items returned must be in their original packaging. Kites and/or boards
and/or accessories must be unused and still in its package with an unbrocken
seal. We do not accept opened items
- Discounted or demo items are non returnable
- All refunds are Bay Area Kitesurf store credit only and redeemable within
6 months of the return confirmation date
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of refunded items, both from
and to Bay Area Kitesurf
- If items are damaged in shipment, you must informed us within 48 hours after
receiving the products
Warranty
- The warranty policy of the manufacturing company applies for each specific
item in case of damage and defect
- Please read the warranty policy of the manufacturing
company before proceeding any further
- If the damage of the item is covered by the warranty please contact
us immediately in order to arrange the replacement of the defective items.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items to/from the
manufacturer factory
